This episode grew from a little post-it note on my desk that says, “Your triggers are growth breadcrumbs.”

In this episode we'll ask ... how can going through the harder, confusing, unresolved moments, lead us into deeper understanding, deeper clarity, deeper trust?

My hope is this episode offers you a kinder way through those moments of surprising or unsurprising triggers. So the triggers we are bound to feel can lead to healing and freeing transformation

May we welcome in even more safety, support and peace when we're in the harder moments - because we all deserve that.
