Chef Amy Sins aka the "Wizard of Roux" was our very special guest on The Gumbo Show this week. In addition to owning a thriving culinary business in New Orleans, she is also a cookbook author, a celebrity chef, a public speaker and historian of Louisiana cuisine. We really enjoyed our conversation with Chef Amy and more importantly learned some brand new Gumbo tips.
