We first met
Kaely McDevitt in Fredericksburg, Texas, out at Roam Ranch, and within the first few minutes of talking it was clear that she presented a wealth of knowledge on women's health that we really wanted to tap into for our audience. We are currently experiencing some pretty startling numbers when it comes to both men's and women's fertility, and so much of it has to do with diet and lifestyle. In the last 70 years, women's fertility has decreased by 50%, and it's estimated that in vetro fertilization is supposed to double from 2018 to 2026 to a $36bn industry. The fertility crisis is truly a food and lifestyle crisis, and we dove deep into these topics with Kaely to learn more about what women can do in order to take back their fertility and hormone health.
