We continue our conversation with Alexander Hardy in the pre-quel from 2020 when he first became a proud plant dad. The theme of mental health prevailed as Alex candidly delved into first experiences with depression during his residence in Panama (land of his grandmother). We learn more about his struggles with homelessness in NYC while becoming a mental health advocate and striving to find a home of his own to feel safe enough to become a plant parent.
