Reading 1 Kings Chapter 6

King Solomon begins building Yahweh's house 480 years after the children of Israel had come out of Egypt. We are told it's dimensions, albeit in cubits, and the materials used, which include stones, cedar timber, and gold. Massive cherubim are made to go in the holy of holies. Yahweh sends Solomon a message about priorities. Read from the World English Bible.
