MBA8003 Business data insights

In this episode we talk to Clare Thorpe, the Acting Director of Library Services at the University of Southern Queensland, about leveraging software and services to collate, curate, and interrogate data at scale, so that actionable insights may be drawn.

Show Notes

Business intelligence leverages software and services to collate, curate, and interrogate data at scale,  so that actionable insights may be drawn from the information created through these processes.  It is also used to create a range of reports, both formal and adhoc. However all of this data is useless unless it is effectively and clearly communicated to those who need it.

Our guest for this discussion is Clare Thorpe, the Acting Director of Library Services at the University of Southern Queensland.
