VETS Group is a 102-year-old industrial ventilation and HVAC company based in Edmonton. Sean and Erin provide the company's history, starting when it was founded in 1921. They discuss their professional journeys becoming involved with the family business, how they have developed the company's culture, and some of the challenges of managing a multi-generational family enterprise.
