How do we reward our Local Heroes for their service?  

Exclusive to RE/MAX Service First, this unique program is for our police officers, firefighters, EMS/paramedics, healthcare workers & professionals, active military personnel, our veterans, and teachers. 

When we talk "rewards" or discounts, we mean thousands of dollars usually!  When we help our Heroes buy and sell real estate our agents significantly discount our listing commission, or hand out a check a closing when you purchase real estate. It doesn't matter if you buy or sell a home, an investment property, or land - we give back to you on every sale!

Although the details of the program are available at ProtectingHeroesWI.org, this program doesn't stop at just home sales. We are rapidly growing our base of contractors & providers that also are happy to give our Heroes discounts - and sometimes it doesn't even have to be home-related! 

On the buying side, we will reward YOU with generally 25% of the commission we earn - our sincere way of saying 'thanks'. On the buyer side, ask one of our agents for the best list commission - we will NOT be undersold by anyone else.

Our founder, John Gscheidmeier, is a former police officer, teacher & firefighter and created this program to help those he served with - his colleagues for decades. There is no fee to join, simply find us on Facebook or at ProtectingHeroesWI.org!
