Futures markets have reacted with cautious optimism to the fact that President Joe Biden and House Speaker Kevin McCarthy finally reached an agreement on a deal to raise the US debt ceiling this weekend. Nevertheless, they now face the challenge of getting the bill passed by the House of Representatives before 5th June.
