BeCrazyWell

I gave my daughter, Kyrsha, no boundaries when it came to the questions she could ask me or the thoughts and feelings she wanted to share. That was crazy… Crazy Well. Vulnerability, transparency, or as we like to say at Be Crazy Wellowning your sh*t.
I hope this inspires you to create an opportunity for radical honesty and emotional healing with someone you love so dearly. Someone you’ve hurt. Someone you’ve helped. Someone who has changed your life in ways you could never have imagined. Someone who has made you a better human being.
Even when we think we’ve shared it all, Kyrsha and I will keep showing up — again and again — because we are constantly growing, evolving, screwing up, and loving each other in a way that’s messy and magnificent.
Be Crazy Well with those you love the most.

Love,
