The Jeff Crilley Show

As you just saw in that show open, I spent 25 years in TV news. Many of those years were spent being the lead story person for Channel 4 and various other TV stations. Unfortunately, there's a saying in TV news, "If it bleeds, it leads," and so many of those stories were heartbreaking for me to tell. It took a toll, and I finally ended up leaving the television business to start this network. Somebody who is also passionate about telling positive stories is in my studio right now: Jan Osborn, the founder of Dallas Doing Good.

Jeff Crilley is a former news reporter, who spent more than 25 years in newsrooms across the country. He’s an Emmy Award winning journalist, who decided to make the jump from news in 2008, when he founded his own PR Firm, Real News Public Relations.

Today, the firm has more than 100 clients, and Jeff continues to tell the stories of interesting people he meets along the way.
