Fierce and Lovely

Disordered eating is a spectrum we all find ourselves on somewhere.

Show Notes

Hannah Brass asks, "What was the dinner table like when you were growing up? Was your mom there? Did she eat the same thing? Were there bad foods in your home?" Do you find yourself thinking about food as moral? Good or bad? What do you model for your daughter? What do you think she thinks about food and exercise?

Hannah works at La Luna Center in Fort Collins and is working on her doctorate. You can reach her at hannah@lalunacenter.com for referrals.

What is Fierce and Lovely?

Beth Bruno and her teen daughters chat about becoming young women in today's culture. Aimed at Christian moms and their girls, they cover heavy topics and light hearted Gen Z trends. Both educational and encouraging, being fierce and lovely requires a community of sisters willing to live life out loud.
