made some big changes, but you know, constantly revamping,"},{"speaker":"EVA","startTime":183.21,"endTime":186.27,"body":"looking at our learners, are they learning, you know, curious on how your world changed people"},{"speaker":"EVA","startTime":218.1,"endTime":220.53,"body":"and we we help them learn the technology or the"},{"speaker":"EVA","startTime":220.53,"endTime":222.18,"body":"system that they're working on."},{"speaker":"EVA","startTime":222.18,"endTime":224.73,"body":"And then all of a sudden, I mean, we literally"},{"speaker":"EVA","startTime":224.73,"endTime":228.33,"body":"had one week that first week of March that said,"},{"speaker":"EVA","startTime":228.33,"endTime":231.24,"body":"okay, nobody's having in-person training anymore."},{"speaker":"EVA","startTime":231.24,"endTime":234.45,"body":"So we're locked down and we'll figure out how to"},{"speaker":"EVA","startTime":234.45,"endTime":235.83,"body":"do this virtually."},{"speaker":"EVA","startTime":237.11,"endTime":239.15,"body":"That was interesting because a lot of things, you know,"},{"speaker":"EVA","startTime":239.15,"endTime":241.52,"body":"we walk around the room, we do we do hands"},{"speaker":"EVA","startTime":241.52,"endTime":242.72,"body":"on. They're in the system."},{"speaker":"EVA","startTime":242.72,"endTime":244.13,"body":"We can see what they're doing."},{"speaker":"EVA","startTime":244.13,"endTime":246.64,"body":"And all of that had different tools for virtual training."},{"speaker":"EVA","startTime":252.11,"endTime":256.25,"body":"We finally settled on the Microsoft teams product, but we"},{"speaker":"EVA","startTime":256.25,"endTime":260.51,"body":"basically had to figure out how to take that eight"},{"speaker":"EVA","startTime":260.51,"endTime":262.76,"body":"hour class that we used to do in person."},{"speaker":"EVA","startTime":262.76,"endTime":265.25,"body":"And actually some of our classes were two days and"},{"speaker":"EVA","startTime":265.25,"endTime":267.92,"body":"just move them over and and keep."},{"speaker":"EVA","startTime":267.92,"endTime":270.26,"body":"The hardest part of that is just I think everybody"},{"speaker":"EVA","startTime":270.26,"endTime":271.79,"body":"knows keeping people engaged."},{"speaker":"EVA","startTime":272.6,"endTime":275.12,"body":"You know, it's different when you're talking face to face"},{"speaker":"EVA","startTime":275.12,"endTime":277.97,"body":"versus you're listening to a voice or video over the"},{"speaker":"EVA","startTime":277.97,"endTime":282.2,"body":"phone, over the computer and try to, you know, see"},{"speaker":"EVA","startTime":282.2,"endTime":283.34,"body":"what they're if you know something really"},{"speaker":"EVA","startTime":514.51,"endTime":519.61,"body":"well and you're interested in in building and creating, your biggest takeaways from from your degree that"},{"speaker":"REBECCA","startTime":529.54,"endTime":531.28,"body":"helps you do what you do in and out of school and one"},{"speaker":"EVA","startTime":552.8,"endTime":556.01,"body":"of those life term lifetime learners that likes to
