Sharjah Airport has achieved Level 3 Airport Customer Experience Accreditation from Airports Council International (ACI), marking a new milestone in its commitment to passenger satisfaction and service excellence.
Building on Level 1 in 2022 and Level 2 in 2023 and 2025, the latest accreditation recognises Sharjah Airport’s efforts to turn passenger feedback into meaningful improvements, strengthen collaboration with airport partners, and deliver a seamless travel experience from arrival to departure.
