This is part three of a three part podcast with Natural Netwalking founder, Jackie Jarvis. We recorded it in January 2022 and now as I listen to it with the War continuing in Ukraine it feels strange reflecting on some of the conversation. We talked about how we can take responsibility for what’s going on around us and I now wonder how true that really if you are in a war zone? ·         With head up we can see the next step on the path – sometimes we just need to keep on walking…

·         Sometimes we test ourselves even when we think we are at out limits

·         When you’re alone you have to carry your own pack and rely on yourself … and sometimes that about believing you can do it and taking small steps.

·         You are capable of more than you thing you are…

·         We meet the people on our route that we most need to… so be aware of who you talk to… no one on the route owes you or owns you… 

·         Who do you need support from right now? How can you find that team?

·         Who’s your team of ‘pilgrims’ on the path, all walking on the same path in the same direction…

·         Finally, find a coach, a guider, someone to keep you on track…
