TOC Madness combines the fun of ripping packs, collecting and managing fantasy cards, and competing in weekly contests. Haven’t been following much college basketball this year? No problem. This game has been designed so even the most casual sports fan can still enjoy March Madness and compete for GOLD! TOC Madness cards consist of teams + stat categories and there will be three main contests, one for each weekend of the tournament.
