December 1: Edmonton startups to be celebrated at Propel Showcase

The latest headlines & happenings in Edmonton's tech community. This week: Nine of Edmonton's up-and-coming tech startups will be featured on Dec. 3 at the Propel Showcase; TEC Edmonton, Bioenterprise, and Platform Calgary are teaming up to accelerate agriculture sector startups in Alberta; Startup Edmonton Director Aatif Baskanderi is leaving the role; G2V Optics, TrustBIX, Future Fields, and TerraVerdae Bioworks are among the companies that will be showcased at the AGRI Tech Venture Forum; city council has approved $847,500 in funding for the operation of Startup Edmonton and TEC Edmonton through the end of 2020.
