KALEO PHOENIX

Around Kaleo we are very intentional about who we invite to preach and share within our Sunday gatherings. We seek to create space for often marginalized voices when it comes to preaching or storytelling. April 2 will be the first time we've invited a White man to guest preach. Kevin was going to be in the area and his expertise (and overall approach!) in linking the ways Jesus keeps us on the hook for being in relationship with those experiencing homelessness is a unique gift. His activism heart is to advocate working toward ending homelessness by engaging best practices and we believe his presence and book will guide the Kaleo family forward in practicing the ways of Jesus together ast the multiethnic family of God.

What is KALEO PHOENIX?

Kaleo Phoenix is a church plant in downtown Phoenix, AZ that creates space for people to practice the ways of Jesus together as the multi-ethnic family of God. In our community, there's an emphasis on women leading, shared leadership, creating a safe space for BIPOC, and Jesus as One who cares for the margins.
