Everybody could name Bill Gates from Microsoft, but beyond that, CEOs would just stay in the background. Now we live in a culture of celebrity where you can name Elon Musk, Mark Zuckerberg, Mark Cuban, and dozens of others who are leading their company, and that causes people to need to step into the spotlight.
