In 2021, Hayes launched
creativesoundplay.com featuring The Greenfield Method, a comprehensive video curriculum for teachers comprised of transition games and exercises designed to focus, engage and teach children. Hayes began developing The Greenfield Method in the early 2000s while working with special needs high school students in New York City.
