I think every generation likes to complain about the next generation, but we could go back to the days of the cavemen when they were complaining about their kids and how entitled their kids are. I truly believe that Gen Z is unique, and Gen Z is unique because of parents like me. We're part of the generation that gave everybody a trophy for showing up to soccer practice, and you do have a lot of young people who are struggling right now in the workplace to talk about that and many other things related to leadership. Dr. Kevin Karlson is in the studio. He's a leadership expert and strategy coach.
