James Jensen is a former SAS Patrol Commander with 20 years in the Australian Defence Force, including 14 years in the Special Air Service Regiment (SAS). He led teams on multiple combat tours across Afghanistan, Iraq, East Timor, and the Philippines, gaining firsthand insight into the power—and consequences—of leadership in high-pressure environments. Today, as the founder of K6 Consulting, James helps organisations unlock leadership potential, applying lessons from elite military operations to real-world business and team dynamics.
