Ascend Men

Yesterday we talked about the generosity of the Magi in what they gave to Jesus, but what happened next? Whatever happened to that gold, frankincense and myrrh? We don’t hear about them again in the gospel narrative, but there’s a good chance they were used to pay Mary and Joseph’s travel expenses. Thanks to the sudden genocidal threat of a jealous Herod, they had to flee to Egypt and live in exile for some time before coming home. Travel in the ancient world wasn’t cheap!

What is Ascend Men?

It's a bunch of men who want to do life together and in doing so, get closer to God, to each other and to those around us. This podcast supports that mission, by inspiring and equipping men to be who God intended them to be.
