What is Run Wild, My Brother?

The sport of distance running is unique for many reasons - notably, the democratic nature of the sport. Across the sport, there exists a wide range of abilities, attitudes, motivations, training philosophies, and so on. Regardless of these differences in style or motivation, the sport of running has the power to transform individual lives. Featuring interviews with runners at widely-varying points in their running "journey," this podcast highlights the impact the sport can have in changing and defining each of our lives.
