Minneapolis NAACP President, Cynthia Wilson talks about her disappointment with Brooklyn Center School District 286 with Freddie Bell and Chantel SinGs. The NAACP is involved in an investigation of a hostile work environment and discrimination in the school district, particularly with the Human Resource Department.
