Reading 1 Samuel Chapter 20

David tells Jonathan he is afraid for his life and Jonathan says he will either find out that's not true or help him escape. Saul gets so angry at Jonathan sticking up for David that he calls Jonathan horrible things and tried to put a spear in HIM! This all makes Jonathan livid with anger, he warns David, and David goes into hiding. Read from the World English Bible.
