and Decker.  Nancy moved to Nevada County after her retirement.  She has invested her time into learning more about the community through participation in the Nevada County Sheriff's Citizen's Academy and the Nevada County Citizen's Academy as well as serving as President for the non-profit PFLAG.

Various hosts and guests take a look at people making a difference. It started out as an innovative book about leadership and civic engagement. Four years later, it’s successfully morphed into a weekly KVMR radio series about, you guessed it, leadership and civic engagement.
