Human emotion needs expression not suppression. Yes, that means how to express anger, rage, disappointment, grief, sadness, jealousy, and more. Sometimes feeling our feelings in silence and just being an observer is enough. And other times, those emotions need a bit more drama in allowing ourselves to feel with our whole entire body and not just noticing them with our mind. Buckle up.
