I'm just waiting on the right wave to ride

Hello from El Porto, California and the Americana Coast Podcast. This is your daily pep talk. I'm not sure when you're listening to this, but I'm filming this and recording this as we enter into the holiday season. And I was thinking about some friends of mine that are going through a a little bit of a rough period. And it reminded me of the fact that yes, the holidays are joyous and festive. And our goal is all to have a great time gathering with friends and family.

Just for a lot of people, the holidays can be a very stressful and a very depressing period of the year. I hate to say that, but it's just true. So keep that in mind. Keep your eyes open. Keep your head on a swivel and be on the lookout. For those that may be going through a rough time this holiday season, maybe they're missing somebody or maybe they're just having an additional stress this time of year. And do what you can to be there for them and help them through it.

really the best way to celebrate the holidays is to help each other through all of this and make an extra effort to be good to each other, be kind to each other, and to love on each other. Have a great holiday season and we will talk to you next time.
