All About Apprenticeships

Apprenticeships are just for young people right?? Wrong. In this episode Georgie talks to Britain's oldest apprentice, 76 year old Bob Bryce, about his career at Govia Thameslink Railway and why he wants to keep learning and working for years to come.

Georgie also talks to Govia's Apprenticeship Manager David Jackson about why they attract so many older apprentices and why they're targeting a more diverse workforce, and Dexter Hutchings is back to represent the opposite age of the age spectrum.

You can find out more about how the Homeserve Foundation could help you here and check out Amazing Apprenticeships and UCAS for up to date information on current apprenticeship vacancies.

You can also find out more about the Apprentice Voice, which was founded by Dexter, here.
