Friendship Church Podcast

In this episode of the Friendship Church Podcast, Pastors Kenny, Jason, Joel, and Matt share lighthearted stories about times they’ve been physically lost before turning the conversation toward how people often feel spiritually lost in their discipleship journey. They introduce Friendship’s intentional discipleship pathway—Encounter the Lord, Engage in Community, and Expand the Kingdom—as a way to provide clear direction for growth. The pastors review four key markers of a mature disciple (prayerful pursuer, biblical decision maker, generous servant, and joyful witness) and highlight practical steps like Worship Services, Life Groups, Serve Teams, Core Discipleship, and Missional Communities. Their goal is to move beyond a “menu” of ministries and instead coach people toward maturity in Christ, ensuring no one feels lost in their spiritual walk.
