We have a very short episode today, but it’s very important message.     It is a reminder to all the real estate agents out there that when dealing with the other party, it is important to remember that it is not your deal. It is not your decision.  Do not insert yourself.     Let’s say you represent the seller, if the buyers agent says that their customer wants a credit, you MUST ask the seller. Do not just give the answer that you think the Seller would say.  Ask the seller.    You can advise the Seller, you can phrase it in a way that shows the Seller you understand his or her stance, but you must ask.     Wow. Sometimes my descriptions are better than what I actually say on the recording.    We also talk about supra lock boxes and Brutus the Barber Beefcake.
