Ridley College Chapel Sermon (Semester 1/Week 5/Thursday 2021) Preached by Rev'd Sam Bleby, Vicar of Cranbourne Anglican Church
Sam moved to St. Johns from Adelaide in September 2019 with his wife Hannah, and their 5 school-aged children. Originally a corporate lawyer with a degree in International Human Rights law, before going on to study theology at Ridley Bible College, graduating with a Masters of Divinity and a Bachelors of Ministry. Sam has worked in a number of churches in Adelaide, including most recently in church planting as part of the Grace Anglican Network.
Outside of working in the church, Sam loves reading, running, hiking and wrangling his small army of children. He also lived in Papua New Guinea for a year, ask him about it!
Ridley College seeks to form students not just in the classroom but also through worship by regularly meeting for chapel services. Chapel services are held Tuesday to Thursday at 10 am during the semester, where we praise God, pray together, meet God in his words and is a key part of the community life at Ridley College.
