Welcome to the Eat Like Ruby Podcast. Throughout this podcast I’m going to refer to “flexible dieting”, a lot! So I wanted to use this first episode to really explain what that is, why I’m such an advocate of it, and what exactly I teach all the girls who come into the Eat Like Ruby world! This episode is awesome for beginners, or anyone new to the world of  Eat Like Ruby, but equally beneficial for the more experienced girls, to actually learn the reasoning behind why we do what we do, and eat what we eat! It’s my aim for all the girls in my world to feel confident and in control of their nutrition, and ENJOY it! And this episode is the best place to start doing that!
