आसन्दस्य न्यायनिर्णयः

रोमहर्षनामा कश्चन वणिक् विदेशगमनात् पूर्वं स्वधनं रक्षितुं मित्रं लोभनाथं याचितवान् । दीर्घकालानन्तरं रोमहर्षः प्रत्यागत्य स्वधनं प्रत्यर्पितुम् अवदत् किन्तु धनं बहोः कालात् पूर्वमेव प्रत्यर्पितवान् इति असत्यम् अवदत् लोभनाथः । ततः ताभ्यां न्यायालयं प्रति गतम् । तत्र कस्यचन आसन्दस्य  दक्षिणभागे प्रतिनिबद्धः तीक्ष्णः खड्गः अपराधिनः सत्यतायाः परीक्षां कृत्वा असत्यवादिनः हस्तं कर्तयति ।  आसन्दे रोमहर्षः उपविश्य लोभनाथेन मम धनं प्रतिदातव्यम् इति उक्तवान् । आसन्दः खड्गप्रहारं न अकरोत् । लोभनाथः आसन्दम् उपसर्प्य रोमहर्षाय एकं दण्डं दत्त्वा आसन्दे उपविश्य 'मया धनं तस्मै प्रतिदत्तम्' इति उक्तवान् । आसन्देन तूष्णीं स्थितम् । आसन्देन विपर्यस्तं वचनद्वयं कथम् अङ्गीकृतम् ? तयोः कः सत्यं वदति ? अग्रे किं भवति ? इति जिज्ञासायां कथां शृण्वन्तु ।

Then Lobhanātha approached, handed Romaharṣa a small stick, sat on the seat, and said, “I already returned the money to him” and the sword remained still. सम्भाषणसन्देशः इति संस्कृतमासिकपत्रिका (https://sambhashanasandesha.in) । एतस्यां पत्रिकायां प्रकाशिताः लेखाः, कथाः, बालकथाः, वार्ताः इत्यादिकं सर्वम् अपि सरलसंस्कृतेन एव प्रकाश्यते । तत्रत्याः “बालमोदिनी”नामिकाः बालकथाः अत्र प्रसार्यन्ते । अतः अस्याः शृङ्खलायाः नाम अपि “बालमोदिनी” एव । लघु गात्रं, सरला भाषा च कथानां विशेषः । प्रत्येकं कथा काञ्चित् नीतिं बोधयति । बालकथाः आबालवृद्धं सर्वेषां प्रियाः । संस्कृतेन ताः श्रोतुम् उपलब्धाः भवन्तु इति एषः प्रयत्नः श्रोतृभ्यः अवश्यं रोचेत इति विश्वासः । संस्कृतक्षेत्रे संस्कृतेन पॉड्कास्ट् क्रियमाणाः एताः प्रप्रथमाः कथाः इति सगौरवम् उद्घोष्यते ।
