Sean was on the team that lead the implementation of Edmonton's Infill Roadmap which dealt with infrastructure, missing middle, parking, policy and education which Mariah and Ryan were involved in. Ryan and Sean do a deep dive into Edmonton's Missing Middle Design competition. Mariah inquired further about Sean's current project, District Planning, what it will mean to Edmontonians and how people can get involved.

Sean Bohle is a Senior Planner at the City of Edmonton. He discovered a love for spreadsheets and financial models while completing graduate school at the University of British Columbia and through consulting work on affordable housing development. At the City of Edmonton, Sean has worked on policies to provide affordable housing and community amenities from rezoning, supported the implementation of the Infill Roadmap, and now works on District Planning.
