Hello from El Porto, California and the Americana Coast Podcast. This is your daily H You I hope it goes without saying that if somebody comes at you aggressively or negatively, all it does is cause a stress, not just for you, but for them, anybody else in the room. All it does is cause everybody within proximity to become uneasy, on the defensive and remarkably stressed out.

Conversely, come into the room calmly, cool, and collected in a reasonable fashion, and the tone is completely different. And a lot more can be accomplished in that kind of setting. Set the tone. Be that person who comes in calm, cool, and collected and creates a great environment. Be that person. Do it today. Be positive. And at the same time, be good to each other, be kind to each other, and love each other. We'll talk to you next time.
