My mum was a property investor and upgraded to private and late downgraded. Pay for her daily expenses with the rental income
She said I cannot even have 5% downpayment to pay a property
Share and buy a private property
Comfortable in living it as children in my house with neighbourhood facilities
Not enough savings – debt and expenses
