So instead of forcing your wife to be the one that berates you, pulls it out of you, that makes you do the work, start asking yourself some questions."

And I think that is one of the paramount strategies that men in leadership and civilians have created is if we can make this about her feeling insecure, then this isn't about my addiction. You know, I'm kinda like, okay. And so I wanna know I wanna be able to talk with Brandon about when he's having these kinda lustful thoughts, when he's kinda thinking about another woman."

He has all the titles. He says, well, I think that's really codependent of you. And I remember thinking like, oh my gosh, like here I am, I'm young."

It was actually her desire for love, her desire for connection."

And a big thing that comes up and say, did you ever love me? And we've had this question come in a lot in our community is."
