Dave Kolesari, owner of HomesighT Inspections of Milwaukee, dives deep into what to expect the day of the inspection. Whether you are on the 'sell' side or the 'buy" side, the day of the inspection comes with a lot of worry and excitement. 

Dave discuses with John all the ins-and-outs of the day of the inspection. That day alone is one that most sellers dread, because it is the first day of the beginning of the contractual items that could make or break the deal. The inspection is often misunderstood, and in this part 3 of 3 episodes, Dave addresses what happens that day.
