Emily Muir - The Clydesdale Media Semifinalist Series | Pushing Her Way to Semifinals

We learn about Emily and her journey to the 2023 CrossFit Games Semifinals. Emily was a 3 sport athlete in high school, carried that over to college where she continued to compete in everything she could.  She now teaches high school math and science, coaches soccer and basketball and trains twice a day.  We are still trying to figure out when she eats and brushes her hair.  Good luck to Emily in the North America West Semifinals.
