This week, I’m diving into one of the most overlooked pieces of the endometriosis puzzle: vitamin and mineral deficiencies, and how they could be driving your symptoms more than you realize.

So many of us are told that our pain, fatigue, and bloating are just part of having endo, but the truth is, there are deeper imbalances happening beneath the surface. In this episode, I break down the most common deficiencies I see with endometriosis, including vitamin D, B12, and key minerals like magnesium, sodium, potassium, and calcium, and why these are absolutely foundational for healing.
