Nicole Trick Steinbach began her career in tech and worked her way to an executive-level position, driving global transformational programs across the People, Process, and technology levers to drive forward ambitious digital transformation and integration of acquired, Cloud-native companies & technology. Leading & facilitating teams and experts towards true collaboration, deepening trust, and enhancing individual, team, group, and product success. Then found her purpose in change management and professional consulting. 
Fast forward to today, Nicole is a Career Coach x Business Builder, and ally for professional women who long to pivot their careers & start their first business. Her philosophy in coaching is that the answer lies with her clients - meaning that she doesn’t teach or preach, but rather facilitates her clients to gain more self-awareness and find the answers to their most pressing questions. Nicole believes that this is the only way to sustainable work happiness and business success.
