About our guest:
Eric Flohr is the Senior Vice President of Transformation at Berkadia where he oversees the company’s digital transformation including defining strategy and managing implementation. He drove the creation of Berkadia’s BeEngaged Program which works with selected, highly promising start-ups which transforms commercial real estate by providing mentorship and guidance at the start-up level. Eric also leads Berkadia's technology related M&A efforts. 

Prior to joining Berkadia, Eric worked at Deloitte Consulting and for a private investment firm in emerging markets. Eric has an MBA with Honors from the Haas School of Business at the University of California Berkeley and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Penn State University.
