Donald Strum is an industrial designer and partner at the Michael Graves Design Group. Founded and named after the renowned architect Michael Graves, the design side of the shop entered into product design in the early 1980s, developed a relationship with Target in the 1990s and today, has reimagined itself in the healthcare products industry first with a series of medical mobility products available through it's new partner, CVS. Here, we talk about how the business has evolved, how the firm weathered the pandemic, and what was involved in this new effort.
