This Saturday, June 20, Texarkana comes together for a City-Wide Juneteenth Celebration at the Four States Fairgrounds. When Ayden Howard was 11 years old, he took on the challenge of organizing a local Juneteenth Parade. Now, at 17, we talk about the journey and where this fantastic young man is going.
