Eddie Abney is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt under Danny Suarez and Combat Base, a Bang Muay Thai black shirt under Duane Ludwig, and co owner and head coach of Method MMA with his wife Michelle.  Eddie is my coach, and it was an honor to have him as my first guest on Sunk In Deep, the martial arts subseries of Lost in the Deep End.  Thank you, Eddie.
