๐ก๐ฎ๐๐ต๐ฎ๐ป ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ต๐ผ๐๐๐ฒ is the National President of the ๐๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐๐ต ๐ก๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐๐๐ป๐ฑ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฎ, otherwise known as the JNF. Since the 1920s, JNF Canada has connected Canadian Jews to Israel through tree planting, environmental work, and social infrastructure.
In August 2024, the ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฎ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ฒ ๐๐ด๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ (CRA) revoked JNF Canada's charitable status. Nathan says the process was driven by bias, activist pressure, and a fundamental lack of due process. CRA skipped every intermediate step on its own enforcement ladder โ education, compliance, and warning โ and went straight to revocation, the most severe penalty.
Meanwhile, CRA audited the Canadian Muslim Association in 2021, found evidence of funds going to Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood, and ๐ฐ๐ง๐ง๐ฆ๐ณ๐ฆ๐ฅ ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ฎ ๐ข ๐ค๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ญ๐ช๐ข๐ฏ๐ค๐ฆ ๐ข๐จ๐ณ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ต.
JNF Canada has launched a new charity, ๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฑ๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ก๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฎ, to continue its work, but Nathan is fighting the revocation in court โ not just for JNF, but for every Jewish and pro-Israel charity in Canada that now operates in fear:
