Preparing and Becoming Transformational Leaders

A leader is defined, not primarily by a role, but as any person shaped by God to bring influence to the world around them.
In the next three sessions, Jon and Ken lay out the process of becoming transformational leaders. Dreams are seeds that takes a life-time.  Jon and Ken explore the “life-long” objectives of God’s commitment to develop our characters (image of Christ) as the fountain head of all of our activity. This session will explore why disappointment and failure are key ingredients to the redemptive process of shaping character and delivering the dream in our hearts.
