There are sooo many stories of entrepreneurs or athletes and every day people taking action towards their goals and dreams, honestly you can find examples anywhere. The common denominator? They didn’t wait, they didn’t color coordinate everything and make sure everything was set up and perfect before they went, they just did it and figured it out along the way.

I'm Aisha Zaza and my purpose is to help others build better habits towards living their best and healthiest life.
